FAQ
-
Where are Baredu products made?
All our products are proudly handmade in Kenya by skilled local artisans. We work closely with our team to ensure every piece meets the highest quality, craftsmanship, and durability standards. -
What type of leather do you use?
We use full-grain and top-grain leather, premium grades known for their strength, longevity, and natural character. These types of leather age beautifully, developing a unique patina over time. -
How should I care for my leather item?
To preserve the quality of your leather product, store it in a dust bag when not in use, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture, and wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. We also recommend using a leather conditioner occasionally to maintain its suppleness. -
Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate online but participate in select markets and pop-up events. To see our products in person, follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our mailing list for event updates. -
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Baredu products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. -
How long does delivery take?
For orders within Nairobi, delivery is typically completed within 1 business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for locations outside Nairobi, depending on the destination. Based on the shipping method and location, international deliveries take approximately 7–14 business days.
